Will my order be sent in one parcel?

Although you've stated to have everything shipped together, items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels because we may not have the multiple products in one warehouse.

 

It's been a month and I haven't received my order/s. What to do now?

Although it's a rare situation, your order could take longer to arrive than you expect. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have not received your orders within the specified time. We will make sure that your order is delivered to you!

 

Why I don't get order confirmations?

Sometimes, our customers use wrong emails upon buying their cases and they don't receive notifications after their purchases. In such situations, please contact us and we will immediately provide an order tracking number to you, along with purchase confirmation email. No worries!

 

Can I change my shipping address after I made a purchase?

Sure! We need you to do that within 24 hours by contacting us, so that we can fix your shipping information with the correct address. However, it is crucial that you provide your new address within that specified timeframe. If not, your product might be shipped to somewhere else, and we do not accept responsibility for this situation.
